SmartCard Manager can send any APDU commands to smart/sim card. Inside we defined some standard GSM commands like a 'Select Telecom' folder, verify CHV1. With SmartCard Manager you can test your own communication with any compatible PC/SC reader. Version 1.0.3 includes APDU batch commands, APDU/AT scripting, LUA language, and SIM static directory.

Unfortunately, from 1 january 2009 SmartCard Manager is no longer freeware software.
